Already 3 months for cash refund
I made a reservation in November end for a 4-night stay during 2015, 1-5 January. On December, 29 we had to cancel our trip, because our baby became ill. Since then, for almost 3 months, I still can’t get my money back. They aspire to be one of the best hotels in Barcelona, but this practice is not suitable to even a small 3-star hotel somewhere in a suburb. I'm going to Barcelona on April end - and will definitely not choose this hotel again. Neither will I recommend it to any of my friends.
