Gulzat is an incredibly knowledgeable, educated guide! She immersed us into the magical atmosphere of Almaty with her captivating stories about the history of the city as well as its modern development! She was very accommodating of our requests and created an individualized guided tour to address our needs and schedule (we traveled for both business and leisure). We felt very welcomed and cared for in Gulzat’s company, she is a very pleasant, compassionate person, whose bright open smile immediately warms your heart! We had such an incredible time here, all thanks to her! We highly recommend Gulzat to everyone coming to see the true beauty of Almaty as well as its mountains and nature.
